What this service is
OneZeroTwo looks up card prices from public market sources and computes estimates, trends and forecasts from them. Estimates and forecasts are labeled heuristics, not guarantees and not financial advice. Verify prices yourself before you buy, sell or trade.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to evade its limits or attack it.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in the billing portal inside the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled at Stripe right away, rather than at the end of the billing period, and nothing is refunded.
- The prices shown on the Stripe checkout page are the authoritative prices. If any number elsewhere in the app ever disagrees, checkout is right.
The launch offer
Some memberships are sold at a launch offer: a percentage off the regular price of that plan. If you subscribe while the offer is live, you keep that percentage off for as long as your subscription stays active without lapsing. Today the offer is 30% off. The percentage you keep is the one in effect when you subscribed, so a member who joined while the offer was 50% off keeps 50% off, even after the offer for new members changes.
It is a percentage, not a fixed amount, and that matters both ways. If we change the regular price of your plan, what you pay changes with it and stays the same percentage below the regular price. We will email you at least 30 days before any change to what you are charged.
The offer is tied to the plan you subscribed to and to that subscription staying live. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or you move to a different plan, the launch offer ends with it and anything you start afterwards is at the price current at that time.
We may change the prices offered to new members at any time, and we may end the launch offer for new members whenever we choose. Neither takes the percentage away from a subscription that already has it.
Invite links
Some memberships are given as gifts through an invite link. Invite links are for people 18 or older, and claiming one confirms that you are. Such a gift is not a subscription: nothing is charged and it does not renew.
A gift runs for the time the invite states, counted from the day you claim it, to the date shown in your account, for as long as OneZeroTwo runs. Deleting your account, or a suspension under these terms, ends it sooner.
An invite link is for the person we sent it to. It works once, for the first account that claims it, and each account can claim one. We can withdraw a link that has not been claimed yet. If a link is claimed by someone it was not sent to, we may end that gift.
If we change this section, a gift that has already been claimed keeps the terms it was claimed under.
Fair use: photo scan caps
Photo scans that use the paid vision engine are capped per account over any rolling 24 hours:
- Free: 3 scans
- Plus: 25 scans
- Pro: 200 scans
A service-wide daily cap also exists as a cost backstop. If it is reached, scanning pauses for everyone until the window rolls over; the app tells you honestly when that happens.
Day passes and FlipFinder runs are metered per plan as shown on the plans page. Rows a plan calls unlimited still stop at a fair-use ceiling of 5000 collection cards, 1000 watchlist entries and 20000 recorded sales, the same on every plan; nothing is deleted at the ceiling.
