Sold comps come from PriceCharting sold-price history, which is mostly PSA graded. Nothing here is refetched when you load the page, so a number is exactly as fresh as its date says and never fresher.

A median is the middle of the most recent few recorded sales for that grade, and the count it was taken over is printed beside it so you can weigh it. The Trend Score is a transparent weighted composite from 0 to 100, a labeled heuristic rather than a machine-learning model.
